I am a lawyer. My client speaks Kikuyu. One issue in the case is whether a legal document that was translated in Swahili would have the same translation as it would have if it were translated in Kikuyu (as it should have been).

Example of text:
You have been stopped or detained and reasonable grounds exist to believe that you have been driving or attempting to drive a motor vehicle under circumstances requiring that you be asked to submit to a test under Maryland Transportation Article §16-205.1.
