Dear colleagues!

We are looking for support from 4 colleagues (m/f/d) for a current project for consecutive interpreting between Chinese, German and English.

Assignment period: 04-08/09/2023 or 18-22/09/2023 (arrival the day before)

Location: 2 interpreters in the Frankfurt area and 2 interpreters in the Leipzig area (Germany).

Customer requirements:
Scope of work:
Translational services to support an inspection from the Chinese authority at production facilities:
- Spoken translation service from German (in some cases English) into Chinese, or vice versa
- On-site translational support for up to 4 separate teams and up to 5 days (à 8 hours) in September 2023; supported teams may be split at two or more different locations in Germany

Requirements:
- Confidential handling of information: Mandatory
- Travel & on-site attendance in Germany: Mandatory
- Following the guidance of the Quality Assurance Lead from Merz during or ahead/after the inspection: Mandatory
- Pharma production/GMP terminology knowledge: Required
- Pharma Regulatory terminology knowledge: Preferred
- Experiences in authority inspections (e.g. Chinese): Preferred
