English > Czech: Speech Data Collection Project
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: native Czech speakers; English is needed for reading instructions and speaking to.
SCOPE: 8h MAX for the AgentRole person; 3.3h MAX for CustomerRole person.
TOOL: Any browser, eg Chrome + personal phone (or we will give Internet Phone application in your laptop/phone, called Bria and Czech number)
SPECIALIZATION: No experience is needed. Customer Service (Banking, Retail, Telecom, Insurance) simulation: dialogue according to scripts via conference call in the system.
SHORT DESCRIPTION: for Agent Role: to talk to CustomerRole; for Customer Role: making a call to AgentRole person and having a real life simulation of a conversation as per script.
START DATE: NOW

Supplier’s responsibilities:
- Is a native speaker of that language. For this purpose, a supplier might need to drive a triage process by requesting the personal identification as a proof or/and lead a short preliminary interview in the concerned language to ensure that participant is a native speaker.
Synergium responsibilities:
- Provide the needed software to execute the job;
- Provide all the needed technical support with questions or issues related to the platform or app used for the collection purposes;
- Provide anonymized accounts that will be used to execute the job;
- Payment release to a supplier upon project completion and data validation results.
